We’re getting everything ready now. Pre-launch access will open soon, and subscribers will be the first to shop — with early-bird pricing and limited quantities.
How do I join the pre-launch list?

Can I place a pre-order?
Yes! Pre-orders will open exclusively to our subscriber list before the public release.

We currently ship within the U.S. International shipping will be added soon.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2–4 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free U.S. shipping on orders of $100 or more.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept unused product returns within 30 days of shipment.
A small $10 handling fee applies to cover processing.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — if the item is unused and in original condition. Please contact us to start an exchange.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — all Happy Nomad products come with a 2-year warranty covering craftsmanship and hardware.
Product Care
How do I clean my neoprene products?
Use a mild detergent with cold water.
Hand wash only — never machine wash.
To avoid water stains, fully submerge the bag, gently clean the area, reshape while wet, and lay flat to dry.
What about hardware?
Handle gently and avoid long exposure to water or harsh surfaces.
Can I use a steamer or fabric shaver?
Yes! Light creases can be removed with a steamer. Pilling can be removed using a fabric shaver in gentle circular motions.
